You witnessed bad local government planning policy, this bill would not cause that, nor would it enable that.

The only question here is who has authority to determine if policy/bylaw requirements are met, not who has authority to set policy or bylaws.

Preferable if we allow you to be compressed in an-oxygenic conditions, slowly raise the temperature to first break you into kerogen, then gradually have catagenesis convert you to liquid form. It takes longer, but the crude is so, so sweet…

Alas, it looks (at first pass) like commitments to Public Transit previously made are being scaled back. Investment reduced, not added. I don't think there is a Party in Ottawa ready to fund the Public Transit we need.
