So Courts can stay open for 2 weeks or so after a shutdown.
BUT, what about after the shutdown is over…
Are lawsuits against decisions made during shutdown possible?
Or, is it like - say - a martial law scenario where the The White House word is law?

The comment “in addition they have a toddler”… tells me that this is a case of dogs were first, kid came next and now dogs have to go ….doubt it has anything to do with being deployed, are they going to leave their kid too? YEAH RIGHT. Someone adopt these two and get them away from this family.
