I am struggling to find holiday spirit this year. It’s a tough one. But I’m literally the only one putting in any effort for the kiddo so we soldier on.
If we’re just assuming that Disney is going to be rebuilding theaters all over the place, I’d like to put in a petition for the Palace of the Arts building to be rebuilt somewhere else in DCA so that I can have Golden Dreams back.

I’m excited for this. I’ve seen “Monsters is an old IP” but my 9 yr old is pumped for it. She thinks Muppets are creepy. I bet a lot more kids her age are interested in a Monsters land than a 35 year old Muppet movie. I think Disney was right on the money with this one. (I AM sorry Muppet fans!)
NEW: Monsters, Inc. land will replace Muppets Courtyard and Muppet*Vision 3D at Disney's Hollywood Studios. To make way for monsters, the Muppets will take over Rock 'n Roller Coaster and "team up with music's biggest starts for a rockin' music festival."

She may not have worked as an official park icon, and Mother Nature may have stolen her forced perspective… but she’s an icon, she’s a legend, and she is the moment.

“You’re cutting people out who voted for Trump?” I’ve been told for decades by that I should keep more quiet about my political beliefs while family spout their racist & anti-LGBTQ views. My grandma hasn’t spoken to me in a year after I dare mention tarot in reply to her religious happy new year. 🤷♀️

I muted like 5 people on the other app, who were sharing pics of their day at theme parks today. Like I get it… it’s a great place to get comfort, but also I don’t need pics of turn-or-the century America today when I’m about to be living in it.

Does anyone here know of a rescue organization who will come pick up kittens in Long Beach CA? I’d ask on Twitter but my rate limit is exceeded and I wouldn’t see an answer.
Last night I almost ran over two kittens in the road. They led me to their hideout: under a bush with 3 others. I can’t take in kittens and it was late night so couldn’t call anyone. This morning there was one dead but 2 alive. Not sure about the other 2. I’ve been giving the survivors food & water
