You are missing a whole ton of context here. It was NOT just Beau saying "Pick her". He had already been deceased for years. She handled herself extremely well in the Senate. She did extremely well as an AG on her own. Clearly she was good enough for CA to send her to the Senate. Your opinion. HAGN

He explained why he chose her. He had been counseled on who and what she was by someone who's opinion he valued highly, who said that she would be able to do the job. You do realize she was very close to Beau Biden when he was the AG of Delaware right? Why wouldn't Biden save that info and use it?

When those of us who voted in 2020 for BIDEN voted for him, we absolutely KNEW that if anything were to happen to him, SHE would be the one to take the reins of the country, and WE WERE GOOD WITH THAT. What would change? She was the VP - if he couldn't do POTUS - we already had selected HER to do it
