My brother and his only child died from this. I am so grateful to science that, quite possibly, no one will have to go through the grief I saw him go through with her, and the grief the rest of us went through a SECOND time with him.

My brother and his only child died from this. I am so grateful to science that, quite possibly, no one will have to go through the grief I saw him go through with her, and the grief the rest of us went through a SECOND time with him.

I think my favorite job ever was when my oldest was barely a year old. I worked at a small local bookstore, and once a month, we would do our returns on books that didn't sell. The paperbacks, we would rip off the front cover to send only the covers back. I brought home so many coverless books!
