I'm pretty sure he's never specified that any video game characters are void, either. He didn't actually say that about Waluigi, or even that he dislikes the character himself, that was just salty fans putting words into his mouth
Except that. Video game characters only, Sakurai said so himself. Unless he specifies himself, that is the only concrete rule when it comes to speculation

Also, apparently the phrase is "pass muster" and not mustard. I swear to GOD I thought it was mustard, I wasn't trying to be funny
Well, it was also on DS and 3DS. Not a different game of the same name, just the exact same thing on a handheld. For the DS, it passes mustard for being okayish, but both of those systems are very strong in the nostalgia bubble too, so my point stands

Like, y'all think Game Key Cards are the most anti-consumer thing invented, but I swear you have not seen ANYTHING yet.
Even better, I can't get the PS2 Final Mix versions to emulate well enough. I suppose I'll just stick with the ones I can play on my modded 3DS until Square Enix grows some nuts

I've never heard any of the original Japanese audio for Castle in the Sky, but I can very easily tell that these two originally sounded like actual children and the English dub just wants you to think they're short adults lmao

So, like, unless they're all not talking about 100%, I don't see why people find Mario Galaxy to be so replayable. There's quite a lot of recycled content that, while nowhere near as bad as Crash 4, kinda deters me from wanting to replay this game anytime soon

I love how the movie without "Bros." in the title is the one that actually features both plumbers more equally
