It’s tricky but if is our responsibility. Our practice does memory testing on anyone there’s concern about and all over 80. It produces surprising results and is something concrete to be used to take a licence away. It is a big thing to lose that independence & I had those talks with my own Ma.

I still listen to RNZ generally Morning Report and Checkpoint but if it gets any more Auckland focused I’m gone!

Tbf my grandfather was his second cousin but the only thing they shared was a surname. He despised what his cousin was.
