Enhanced dynamic stats for PL/SQL in FROM & WHERE
This can be particularly useful for estimating pipelined table functions

Fresh video! There are amazing features available with the partitioning license, but if you're on a tight budget you CAN get the basic features without it. This will work on Standard Edition as well, but maybe just move to Autonomous and stop worrying :-)
