Listened to a podcast earlier, where the first 3:54 minutes were just ads and sponsorship reads.

If it wasn’t for the fact I was interested in the content, I’d have switched off.

I counted 7 buses at the main entrance to the JR Hospital just now. Some at their appropriate stop, but many having to just find a space to park and drop off.

While it’s good to see services increase, the infrastructure both here and at the railway station, needs improving.

Seems like my concerns were right... the displaced traffic from Oxford's congestion charge has moved onto other routes, so the buses that pass through the charging points, but also serve roads cars are displaced too, are extremely delayed.

Nearly an hour late on this 700 and nowhere near home!

With the demise of WHSmith on UK high streets (they’re changing names to TGJones), has this stapler now become a collectable? 😅

So I did something today that i‘ve thought about doing for the last few months, but have always put off.

I joined the gym, and had the best time 💪 .

Hoping this is something I can keep up regularly to become healthier both physically and mentally.

Alas, lost my place in a long queue at Greggs at lunch, because I was the only willing to help someone with the door.

Anyone else in #Oxford find that phone signal has got worse in the city centre? I literally end up with either no signal or in SOS mode down St Aldates, Magdalen Street and part of Cornmarket Street.

New postbox topper in the next village along. I always imagine these take forever to create, you must need to be super patient and have steady hands!

Not me spending my evening re-designing covers for my playlists on Apple Music… 😅.

Though the minimalism, cohesion and colours bring me joy! 🥰

Happy RAJAR day to all those who celebrate! 🥳

RAJAR is how radio stations across the UK find out how many people listen to their station as a whole as well as individual shows. From BBC national & local, to commercial radio from Global, Bauer and others. (Heart, Hits, Absolute Radio etc).

Nice touch from Stagecoach in supporting the Lionesses. Though, I do think they resemble bears 😅

As a volunteer of Radio Cherwell and trustee of HBA, a national charity that supports hospital radio stations across the UK, it’s great to read Aleksandra’s inspiring story and see her progress!

Keep up the good work 🤩.
✨Aleksandra Jedlinska began her journey with OUH at 16, volunteering at Radio Cherwell — and went on to become a Healthcare Support Worker.

At just 19, she has already touched many lives volunteering and found her own calling in the process — she’s off to study Medicine! 🎓💙
