I would so far as to move this whole platform over to the right (closer to AMC) and have all buses entering & exiting the same direction.
And with removing that small lot you can have 4 platforms and better flow

I genuinely think that small lot on the left (where the bendy bus is laying over) should be turned in to an actual bus platform.
