My kids tried my bread today after expressing surprise and doubt that I made it myself (and didn’t go to the bakery to buy it). Verdict: they loved it and requested a piece in their lunch tomorrow. I guess that’s a success!

Made my first bread today. A focaccia style bread with rosemary, herbs and grated Parmesan cheese. It’s amazing. I’m proud of myself!
