She's on fire and dead right. Many developing countries waste vast sums of money on security (vicious cycle) that could be used for education, healthcare, etc. (positive feedback loop) Budgets represent our vision of the future, and the current regime's visions are breathtakingly stupid and bleak.

This is the right way to do the multi-billionaire thing. I understand that a lot of people have vast wealth on paper that's really just the company they own some or all of. So it's not really just spending cash.
