I guess what I’m trying to say is that if you have good judgement, and most ppl don’t…then not sleeping well might be a good indicator to change things up.

I’ve dodged a few bullets, e.g., UNH and once got out at a bad time (META)…but all were because it did impact my sleep or didn’t sit well with me. WSJ investigation into UNH, Zuck’s relentless spending binge even after he signaled to calm it down etc.
