Road Wrath – Milwaukee Sweeps Wright State and Northern Kentucky
The Panthers came to play last week. Thanks to two dominating performances, January closes with Milwaukee tied for second place and ready for the stretch run in the Horizon League. Everything fell into place for the Panthers (15-7, 8-3 Horizon League) with a 95-79 win over Wright State on Wednesday night. Milwaukee followed that with a wire-to-wire 79-59 thumping of Northern Kentucky on Friday.

Close Win To End 2024 for Milwaukee
Well, this game wasn’t easy, and the return game at IU Indianapolis will probably be just as difficult. But the Panthers survived a slow start to outlast the Jaguars in Milwaukee. Themus Fulks led the Panthers with 26 points, 5 assists, and 5 rebounds. Kentrell Pullium added 20 points, 3 assists, and 4 rebounds, including a key defensive board late that helped seal the win.

Panthers Bounce Back!
Milwaukee started the Horizon League conference schedule with a gritty, hard-fought 79-67 win over Cleveland State. Milwaukee improved to 6-4 on the year, while the Vikes dropped to 4-6. The Panthers were paced by Kentrell Pullium, Jamicheal Stillwell, and an energetic trio off the bench that saved the game. With the "dub," Milwaukee remains undefeated at home and will enjoy 5 days off until the I-43 Battle.
