Actually bleach neutralizer and that will allow you to reapply dye to things (at least to carpet. I'd like to try this on clothing and see if it works too)

-and let it sit and then you can remove that and you can reapply dye again. The kit I got just has you dilute the primary colors in light amounts and you slowly apply them bit by bit and use color theory to get the color you need.

So the issue is (apparently, cuz I bought a kit online to do this that someone else figured out) bleach never really fully leaves the things it hits, it just crystalizes on a molecular level so every time you get it wet you're just reactivating the bleach. So what you need is a bleach neutralizer-
