Liam Donovan posted this on Twitter a few hours ago. this is basically him aghast and in shock. He usually has a good head for how these things will play out but hes lost for words at how this is going for the GOP

@espnbillc.bsky.social question for you regarding resume sp+. By your description, assuming a 2.5 home field advantage, Notre Dame should have had either a -10.7 (if margin is cumulative) or -13.2 (if margin is per game). How did they end up at -21.7? is the definition provided not 100% accurate?

Why didn’t the Bills throw deep balls last night? Well, look at this (2nd and 16 completion to Moore to finish the game basically)

I get what Denny is going for, and the piece is fine. But I disagree fundamentally with the comparison to post 9/11 because Bush and his policies were actually popular in 2003, and Trump and his policies are not.

and in trump era midterms, the midterm has been in average two points *bluer* than the specials

Seems like a fun time to mention that I'm glued to the games but without YouTube TV because another pig joined the crew yesterday. Theodosia (aka Theo) and mom are doing great.
