My finished design! MI zone 6b. Lake Michigan costal town. Sandy soil and light conditions are all over the place! What fun. 🤩 I kept the design simple with something blooming all season long. Lots of herbivore pressure. #nativeplants

Very yummy birthday cake!
Made a #vegan dark chocolate birthday cake and the frosting is (you guessed it) tofu! Still need to hone my decorating skills but it turned out very moist and tasty. Much prefer this frosting over the vegan buttercream and date based frostings I’ve made before.
