Agree with all of this - it’s also 2x the work for any organization to offer both analog and digital access since it creates the need for manual data entry or separate workflows. Reality is 90% of people would rather use the digital option so adding analog is a hard sell when resources are limited

Unfortunately it was a half baked proposal which kept closed non RCV primaries and only applied RCV to statewide offices for the general
