Would better service the populations of the towers and would still allow for some amount of busway on DLSD. IMO if we pedestrianize lakshore drive, somehow, bus lanes should still be included to improve connectivity.

We really need to forcibly upzone all of the land within half of a mile of L stations. The end of the brown line should be, at a minimum, all 5 story apartment buildings, not single family homes.
