dipping into someone else's project today and learning to write Tailwind CSS and it is mystifying. Why are devs so afraid of CSS that a class list like this in a hundred places is preferable to writing 6 CSS attributes once?

Very cool: Flexflex is a typeface that responds to spatial requirements rather than imposing them.

I'm curious to use Apple's new "Liquid Glass" software design (alternative name: "Screen Spittle").

But so much of what I've seen in their own promotional materials does not suggest great legibility.

At my parents’ house today: I pulled down my old PS2 for my nieces. It booted fine for the first time in 18 years, and still held my last game saves from 2006.

I moved out shortly after and never played a console again.

I think it’s interesting that Gruber is correctly identifying Apple’s AI software as uncharacteristic vapourware, but believes it’s cos Apple have somehow fallen behind on AI, rather than that everyone’s promises of reliable complex AI assistants are vapourware.

Truly love this auto-translated listing from ebay.

do you ever think it's weird that most of the movies we watch now are essentially animations, and if this was a real shot of a waterfall you would feel it in your bones
