Norway are clearly a very good side, but I have absolutely zero confidence in Italy making it through yet another World Cup play off.

Sat around all day on Cup Day so decided to give the Manc lads another look. Managed to get half price tickets at the last minute too, so all’s well that ends well. #oasis

One of those series that you try not to binge so you don’t finish it too quickly. This is so much more than a music doco, the history of black music in America’s south is told brilliantly.

Petition to make savoury pretzels compulsory in every pub in Australia, preferably warm. They’re the perfect beer snack, even more so than pork scratchings and cheese and onion crisps. You can keep your plastic pint glasses though.

Decided to take some R&R time at the end of the holiday, essentially lazing by the pool and enjoying the beach that our hotel backed on to. Even managed to find some local Indonesian craft beer on the last day! Such a time was had on this trip, would go back in a second. - Lombok, Indonesia.

Paradise found at the Gili Islands. Snorkeling with sea turtles and tropical fish, and then hanging out on car-free islands brought me right back to my backpacker days. Could have spent a week exploring these parts. Truly stunning.

Exploring the slightly touristy (but in no way over-developed) town and beaches of Kuta (no, not that one) to the south of the island. Lots of trendy little eating places and backpackers going about their day. Sunsets aren’t to shabby either. - Kuta, Lombok.
