While I'm personally happy to see lower tariffs on coffee, we really need lower costs on all the foods that people genuinely need. For example canned goods - dramatically affected by metal tariffs.

It would be amazing if other countries helped with this. For example squeezing their own citizens who have been exposed as likely knowing what was going on, or worse. Yes. This seems the most likely. Or really a strike from the carrier that has now arrived. Makes me wonder if that carrier was moved specifically in order to be there whenever the shutdown ended to create the next distraction.

I would like to know why the estate has these. (And thank you, estate for not hiding them !) I would have thought that when Epstein was arrested in 2019, under Trump admin but independent Justice Dept, that the FBI would have seized everything. Is this returned stuff? Or never searched stuff?

Yes. Aside from his politics, which seem to be of the trojan-horse variety, he is gravely ill. It is an incredibly demanding job to read everything, to be on top of your game 100% of the time and we desperately need our representatives to be young enough and healthy enough to do the job.

Not clearly stated in the original post - assuming a 100% loan, you would have 25% equity ($100k) after 29 years by which time you will have paid over $637k in interest. TWENTY-NINE YEARS!!! This is why 50 year mortgages would be absolutely criminal. Even 30 year mortgages are a scam.
