I don't know if this is a hot take, but even if George Lucas is an idiot (which I don't necessarily agree with), even his flawed works are much more enjoyable and ensouled than most other people's takes on Star Wars.

People who act like gameplay is just an obstacle to pad out the narrative make me want to strangle them. Game mechanics are FUN and INTERESTING to engage and struggle with!!!
