Totally agree with you! Candies only crash me out during finals, and if anything I opt towards fruits instead as it hydrates and has good fiber for my body. Keeping track of my sugar intakes is very challenging as well. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I really like what you had chose, as I also came across this article. It is really easy to follow for any age group, and the website it self includes many tips and guides for families to print out. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Totally agree, there is no one diet that fits all needs. Everyone has a different life and different preferences. It has to be sustainable in the longer term because life style changes are not short term solutions, but rather long terms. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I totally agree and can relate to this! Especially when I'm stressed from work or studying, I always overeat my snacks that are higher in sugar. I notice the bad effects right away because my body would crash a couple hours after! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

That is super cool how vitamin K works within our body and for emergency situations like wound repair. I need to start eating more foods with vitamin K or being more aware of my intakes. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I also think this is a great source! It cuts to the chase on multiple advices for people and also urge patients to show patience with themselves. I think that is very meaningful as well in their nutrition health journey. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

totally agree! Fad diets are like fashion trends, they are so misleading and not one fit for all. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

This sounds very nutritious and delicious! My mom eats quinoa all the time lately because of her health conditions, but I should also start eating with more awareness as I'm young right now as well. Turmeric also has so many health benefits! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
