Coming from someone works with AI constantly, the hate is unfounded but the skeptism is. People fear LLMs for bad information which is very real but no more real than an employee giving bad information. The downside to the boom is the blackbox where we can't trace down the error.

This is incredibly interesting. Unfortunately I look for more algorithmic systems to be implemented as executives see cost savings and case claim to resolution time reductions.
