I'm old enough to remember the giant Mt. Pinatubo volcano eruption in the Philippines, and how much richer the sunsets were in Ventura, California. It lasted about a year or so.

It's not on my list either...but I heard from someone I wouldn't have expected that it's worth watching. Can't remember who, though, because, you know, too much going on.

This is something I genuinely don’t understand. How can someone so uninteresting, unpleasant, untalented command so much attention?

I suppose that makes him just controversial enough, which generates clicks, and a vicious spiral of coverage follows, feeding his narcissism.

Thanks, that's an interesting read. The combination of FTD with narcissism seems pretty deadly.

That's why, when Apple lead designer and the brains behind Liquid Glass, Alan Dye got poached by Meta earlier this month, a million Apple users stood up and cheered.

Is it possible his hand has already fallen off and that’s just a rubber hand from like a Halloween store?

I think that's exactly what's going on. Did you see him at Melania's charity announcement? "She loves children. And she has a beautiful boy."

He's starting to say the quiet part out loud every time he opens his mouth.

One of the ways we knew my mother was sliding into dementia was that she began telling us what she actually thought of people. And the nasty, nasty little nicknames she had for them.

Trump unfiltered is going to be hysterical.

Too bad we all have to live through it though.

How long before Trump orders the treasury to send checks to registered Republicans?

My hunch is that it is senile purpura, a common condition amongst us olds, where the skin bruises exceptionally easily. As a matter of fact, I have a huge red welt on my arm from changing the sheets the other day.

Because Trump is terrified of the word "senile" he's covering it up...badly.

As they say, "pwofit must be put back into the bizness to buy newer and better machinewey."

At least that's how I learned it was supposed to work.

I imagine the threshold would be "imminent risk" and perhaps accompanied with having a plan for carrying out harm.

I never once had a doctor advise me that it was time to take away my mother's car keys, though that would have been helpful.
