Honestly I hope this year will finish asap. Since October I was out of commuting post the crash with the van, later due to dental problems and strong painkillers and now this massive flu tide. This is my reading last week.

I really like the mobile experience of SOH used by most forces in the UK. I managed to do this report while waiting for a train while the driver still was crawling in his destination.

It was a pleasure to meet the reports team. They were very receptive and there may be some improvement in the messaging, plus improvement in training and awareness of mental trauma caused by close passes and no physical injury collisions. Loads to unpack and discuss further.

I could have a go on #SurreyPolice which comparably with other forces wasn't happy to share information about their third party reporting history and performance (answers from others in the book). But instead I'll sum it up this way: we need a national #3rdpartyreporting body
