Well I'm in Hastings and there's considerable disquiet over the permanent closure of Junction Road connecting to the A21. Not seen any riots yet.
I might be in an entirely different country (ie. London) but seems that the only thing at boiling point is the heads of the people who keep telling each other the country is at boiling point.

NEW: The Education Maintenance Allowance, a weekly cash transfer to disadvantaged students aged 16-19, did not improve their long-run outcomes.

The EMA only provided around 40p of benefits to students for every £1 spent.
