This weekend, I finally managed to run 5km without stopping. I have lost 50% of my body weight. I can't tell you how far my body and mind have come. Still a way for my brain to come, and want to be strong but this is what resilience looks like.

This time last year my husband was in A&E after anaphylaxis reaction, so today it was my turn. Very good support from NHS and MRI shows nothing worrying, so will just moan a lot about the sciatica for next few weeks 🥰

How can I get quicker? I’m so incredibly slow. I’m super proud of myself as I’m now able to actually run beyond two minutes

Today whilst in a SEND DfE meeting representing PRUsAP, I was also trying to evict a squirrel from my house. After three hours, I was successful; I’m sure there is a metaphor of the squirrel being between books of hope and mindfulness
