Exciting times - I now have a copy of my book!
This weekend, I finally managed to run 5km without stopping. I have lost 50% of my body weight. I can't tell you how far my body and mind have come. Still a way for my brain to come, and want to be strong but this is what resilience looks like.

Grateful to the The HCPC & Chief Exec of Kent Community Health for meeting with me to discuss learning & next steps after I was sexually assaulted by physiotherapist Bawa. I don’t feel brave, but this feels necessary. I’m hopeful for further investigation & legislative change,

This time last year my husband was in A&E after anaphylaxis reaction, so today it was my turn. Very good support from NHS and MRI shows nothing worrying, so will just moan a lot about the sciatica for next few weeks 🥰

TLDR: Spaced is an excellent British series and should be moving away from defensive architecture in education policy, instead embrace desire paths.

Grateful that The_HCPC have agreed to meet with me on Friday with my MP to look at my concerns that the physio that I accused (& later found guilty of) sexual offences had no restrictions of practice for 9 months after my report. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...
