Can anyone explain why the NBA isn't punishing the Chicago Bulls for doing such a terrible job of managing their arena that a game had to be cancelled due to constant condensation on the floor?

When refs are THAT bad it genuinely just makes me lose interest in football as a sport. It's a lot like when I realized WWE was scripted as a kid.
