Adjusted to make it clearer that vaccine-acquired immunity in Malaysia is far behind. Putting our backs on NPIs like masks is not viable given the low level of vaccine-acquired immunity and relatively low level of infection-acquired immunity,

My fairly simple covid dashboard at the state-level in Malaysia. Shows how starkly cases have decoupled from prevalence, as indicated by positivity rates, and how even here in a tropical country, that there's no clear seasonal pattern to this madness.

The test positivity rate (the percentage of tests that are positive) of Covid-19 in Malaysia appears to be on the verge of exceeding levels not seen since the start of the pandemic.
