The C-terminus is responsible for GEF8/9 accumulation and their C-Terminus is able to make GEF12 polar

This accumulation of GEF8/9 is transient and can shift laterally around the germination site

GEF8 and GEF9, but not GEF12, accumulate at the future site of pollen germination.
