True, but US pints have only ever messed me up (as planned) whereas US cups messed up my onion bhajis, which was less forgivable

I recently found out that there is a difference between US and UK 'cup' volumes, and my measuring thingy has both without any relevant continental I'd. Explains some weird recipe outcomes
