Took a bike ride in Sioux Falls to visit my friend David.

That's how I felt running across the parking lot after taking this picture.
A clear blue sky over Chimney Rock in the distance. In the foreground, a 2 foot inflatable duck is propped up against a wagon wheel and wooden corral fence. Immediately after taking this photo, I grabbed the duck by the beak and made a mad dash to my car, Philip bouncing against my thigh. I am absolutely certain I looked ridiculous, and it is one of my most favorite memories.

Happy National Thrift Store Day!

Coco Shack in Chadron considers itself an antique store, but the back room had a thrift store vibe. Visited as part of the Nebraska Passport program.

Made some new friends this weekend.

Crashed the RAGBRAI party in Oelwein.

The shuttle driver also has a duck named Philip! Except his quacks more and hangs out with chickens.

While Elon was talking about middle America yesterday, I went there.
