Completely agree. He was a poet. I never thought Bill McLaren would be matched, but Eddie managed it. Not sure we’ll see that quality again. 😞

We were regularly beating Scotland and Ireland throughout that period so were around 6th or 7th in the world, as opposed to a clear and deserved 12th now. But yes, your point stands, Welsh rugby isn’t dead, just very, very ill!

I agree we’ll be back one day, but we’ve never actually been this low. This is, by a country mile, worse than anything in the 1990’s.

A day of two managers. Potter (who I like, btw) has 'pragmatism and a commitment to flexibility' whereas David Moyes 'is a risk, as he doesn't have a defined approach' .

Then, the gloriously reductive... 'David Moyes' claim to fame is that he managed Paul Gascoigne 22 years ago'.
