Seriously, why is this loading dock area so brightly lit at 11 PM? No one is out there and they might get one late-night delivery a week.

We had our rehearsal with Rachel Lee Priday on Wednesday night and she’s incredible. It’s going to be a spectacular concert on Saturday.

Earlier today one of these dummies munched on the husks of some ears of corn that I left on a table, and regretted that decision immediately and messily. I don’t know which one it was, and they aren’t talking. But they’ve been fine since lunchtime so I guess all is well.

Tonight’s dinner: roast chicken, Brussels sprouts, and gunpowder potatoes from @actioncookbook.com. We loved the potatoes and I’ll make them again sometime.

I'm learning to play the electric bass. I played in a band for a production of Measure For Measure in August and came up with bass lines for original songs written for the show.

I just posted to FB a note about my father’s passing on Friday. Maybe I’ll share something more here later. He was a wonderful man and a great dad and I’m going to miss him terribly.
