Second key point from this report re: solar for renters. NZ should pay close attention due to the far higher renting population (33.2% vs 26% in Aus). In Aus, gov initiatives in VIC, NSW & federally are working - time for all states & territories (and then NZ) to join in!

The fact that NZ had the highest level of Russian misinformation regarding Covid during the pandemic should tell you something about her approach. The skills to building a compassionate, connected and informed community is not something that Russia wants in world leaders.
