Framing the woods no. 1. This is the first in a series of framing devices make for a local private woodland using material from that wood. It is designed as a trail for the Forest School groups that use the site.

I’ve been investigating paper folding sculpture. This is a piece I’m quite pleased with. It uses curved folds on watercolour paper which is then wetted curved into the desired shape and held in place with pegs whilst it dries. #papersculpture #abstractsculpture

Two of my sculptures, “Dyad” and “Curled Form II” that have been selected for the “Open 25” exhibition at Tarpey Gallery in Castle Donnington, Leicestershire. The show runs from 30th August to the 19th October.

I’m pleased to say that I will be taking part in my first exhibition as an MA fine art student at Anglia Ruskin University. The exhibition opens on Friday 28th March and runs until 8th April.
