Cryptocurrency means that for the first time in history, an elite group can steal ALL the wealth of a country and instantly squirrel it away so that it can NEVER be recovered.

Watch how that plays out in the USA. The economic car crash to end all car crashes, leaving behind a wasteland.

What in the world is going through Starmer's head?

Labour keep trotting out the "world has changed" line to excuse other unpalatable decisions, but magically Brexit - and only Brexit - is sacrosanct?

Absolutely asinine heel-dragging.

It is true that the voices raised in support of Brexit are VERY LOUD. But if we take a step back, we should realise that they are also few.

And of that minority, the number of people who would also vote Labour in future is much, much smaller.

So Labour shouldn't tie themselves in knots over them.

So the only people who still want Brexit are the fraction of that 37% who continue to believe that Leave was the right decision.

(Many will have changed their minds. Many more will have passed away in the last 9 years, as have many Remain voters.)

It's worth reminding ourselves that only 37% of the electorate voted for Brexit.

So even though that was enough to tip the balance to Leave, it means that even before any change of heart (of which there has been a massive amount lately) 2/3 of voters weren't invested in the idea of leaving the EU.
