1969 or so. I read many of Mars and Venus books. This is only one I have left. The rest were lost, or destroyed by a flood.

Been making sourdough bread for about 6 years. Mixing it in the evening and letting it rise overnight. This method has been working well. This morning, I come out to find the dough all poofed over the sides of the banneton! So I pile it up, and bake it anyway. I think the bread came out happy!
