IMLS funding is used in Indiana to support INSPIRE databases for all citizens, Libby ebooks and audiobooks through the Indiana Digital Library consortium, and a lot of other collective services. It is the opposite of waste and inefficiency. Sent this to my reps.

Disturbingly decorated holiday cookies are the best holiday cookies!
A random display of bright green and hot pink iced sugar cookies. Cookies are various shapes, like snails, foxes, dinosaurs, toadstools, bigfoots, goats, moose, squirrels, bears, hedgehogs, dragons, owls, and flamingos. Each are decorated with sprinkles, red hots, candy eyes, and/or gum drops in unusual ways.
