Growing up my school districts always called the advanced primary classes talented and gifted (TAG). Since then I've never heard anyone say anything but gifted and talented. The acronym is right there but what I really don't get is why I don't hear a little of both ways.

Lol so they snuck in another provision in the shutdown bill to let representatives sue for .5 million if their phone records get seized for an investigation. Y'all they really treat taxpayers like their own debit account.

I feel like I'm missing something when the bill the dems flipped for bans hemp-derived thc and it's not getting talked about very much. That's a pretty big industry in areas where recreational isn't legal yet? How are we hustling backwards so hard for nothing in return

I've had PS1, PS2, Xbox 360, PS4 and PS4 pro and PCs. I still think the pinnacle of console gaming was ps2. I've played all types, played og counter strike competitively, and once Internet connectivity took over on console it was over for me

This is an obvious straw man and rage bait. You could map the agreement/disagreement with current wealth and age and it would predict at r=1. Everybody overcame trials purely of their own grit and hard work and kids these days dont know how easy they have it. So fucking stupid
People wildly overestimate the economic security experienced by past generations. There's no period in American history where significant numbers of young people were just handed high paying jobs. Nostalgia for a time that never existed is a huge problem.

It's so crazy how incredibly hard so many people have had to fight to see any victory for the side of "stop actively hurting people on purpose" compared to how little effort it takes to be a selfish asshole to everyone
