I think a lot about what you're saying. I decided ultimately to measure by impact and longevity, not permanence.
In a way, every generation is obligated to their own revolutions, which may mean just bringing back what was lost from the last one

I would not say that's out of step with a lot of the community, nor that you should feel bad about it. Especially if you actually are able to solve it with your own tools
