The fact that Trump and Rubio think it is reasonable to ask Denmark to sell Greenland, does not bode well for the Inuit there should the US ever control it.

Somebody didn't learn the lesson that Canadians are liable to vote with their wallets.
For a significant chunk of my career, part of my job was anticipating the unconscious bias of the judge and trying to debunk it without the judge feeling like we're calling him racist.

This is a competency issue. It is only political to the extent that some people want to politicize it. There are many legal practice areas where knowledge of Indigenous history, culture, and/or laws respecting Indignity or made/based on Indigenous custom and law.
