Simple doesn’t mean ineffective! These squats build serious strength & mobility (and can help decrease knee pain)! Start near your couch, work up to 3x10, and watch your knees thank you

If your toes have been squashed by shoes your whole life (yes, even sneakers 😬) it’s time to set them free!

Toe splay= stronger arches, better balance & fewer foot/pelvic floor issues.
Passive stretching helps, but active toe exercises are 🔑
