A tax on people who can't do math. A tax on the lower income earners who pine for riches and think they are just a scratch away. A terrible example for youth - "don't bother studying/working hard, instant riches will be yours".

Saw the Noche de Muertos in Tzintzuntzan on the shores of Lake Patzcuaro in 1988. Spent the whole night sitting in the cemetery next to a Purepecha abuela. Unforgettable.

Had a fantastic time. Kinfolk from out of town were very impressed. Saw a Monarch Butterfly fluttering around ToG stage. Asked two gendarmes if there were any arrests, fights, violence, or serious injuries. None in a crowd of a quarter million. Bravo!
