It would be all too easy for Reform controlled councils to try and kick asylum seekers out of social housing, or junk carbon offsetting, and then bitch noisily about this when Whitehall and the courts step in. The biggest test cases then write Farage's 2029 manifesto for him.

That interview shows that you can’t interview Trump and do it in a typical fashion.

Ask him one question and don’t move on until he either answers or has a meltdown.

Also maybe come prepared with data and facts- prices have not come down and there have not been 7 trillion dollars of investments.

What she does, however, is react on SM in the standard pol manner. She should really lean into it and use it to drive the conversation her way.

iii) sidestepping the question of what should happen if other bodies such as the police fail to respond effectively to a safeguarding concern in a particular case.

One is tempted to assume Smyth knew what he was talking about - this took place at the same time as he was leading the successful prosecution of Lemon for blasphemy - but I wonder whether he was, at best, assuming that centuries-old case law still stood firm.

Trump's successes appeared to be based on the energy his vibes created; so a lot of energy has been expended by his opponents on trying to recreate that vibe, unsuccessfully.
