Have you guys noticed that Trump still hasn’t even mentioned the storms in Kentucky that killed at least 30 people? Republicans are pretty quiet about the lack of response too.

Should be against the law for ICE to hide their face. This is going to get worse. Anyone can buy a badge and jacket and just abduct someone. No one is safe. It want stop til one of their own is abused. This should come up at every hearing. Every interview. All day every day til it stops.

In the law firm executive order cases, DOJ takes the position that an injunction barring implementation will only be enforceable against the govt agencies named in the complaint. So Perkins Coie just amended its complaint to name all the relevant fed agencies. The case caption is now 40 pages long.
