This was not publicised by mainstream media as far as I know. Clarece Thomas in this past week stated that "prescedent(sp) will not be found as a part of many future descions by the court". These sound like the words of a rogue court. Any idea how this should be addressed?

I started reading Stephen King's The Stand a month ago or so, and have been too busy to read more. Finally got to read a big chunk tonight. God damn that's some good writing. A positive to this heat is that I have no desire to turn my TV on. More reading time!

This book is riveting and so, so infuriating. It follows 5 families in Atlanta who are struggling to remain housed and paints deeply compassionate portraits of each unit. It reads almost like a novel but is outstanding journalism
